16.4 Compensation Report

The Compensation Report describes the essential features of the compensation system for the members of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board and explains the compensation of the individual members. The report conforms to the requirements of the German Commercial Code including the principles of German Accounting Standard No. 17 (DRS 17). It also complies with the recommendations of the German Corporate governance comprises the long-term management and oversight of the company in accordance with the principles of responsibility and transparency.
